This is one of the Deluxe One Bedroom Condos on the 20th floor, this 923 Square Foot Deluxe 1 master bedroom and a separate private Bunk Room, Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full Baths, washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, Private (30 foot) Balcony overlooking Gulf can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or Living room. Most one bedroom units don’t have the Bedroom facing the Gulf. Bunk bedroom is separate and private with a full mattress and a twin mattress. Living room has a leather sofa bed (queen size). This unit sleeps 5 people comfortable. Any extra person including kids is $110. Unobstructed Gulf-front view from the living room and master bedroom, as well as a 30 foot covered balcony. Tastefully decorated. Includes plush bedding, two 42” flat screen televisions and fully equipped kitchen.
Walk to Pier Park less than 1/2 mile. Superior housekeeping (more cleaning time; personally managed; only one unit)

Management has strict policies that uphold the upscale and relaxing nature of the resort, including no rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
It is located in the newly developed western end of Panama City Beach and is very conveniently located, including being within walking distance of the Pier Park mega shopping/entertainment complex. Tidewater will charge $30.00 registration fee to cover parking and all the amenities of the resort. This is a one time charge for all the whole group.
The new NORTHWEST FLORIDA-PANAMA CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ECP) is 15 minutes from the building.
We prefer weekly or monthly guest bookings. Our condo is furnished as second home, including premium furnishings and full kitchen appliances and cookware. We are right for couples and small families desiring a comfortable extended getaway. Our condo and the on-site amenities are simply more than a hotel room.
Second payments is due 40 days prior to arrival. Driver license will be requested upon booking.

(I cut and pasted Mary's review) We absolutely love this condo. It was simply the best we have stayed in. It was so clean, comfortable and more than adequate for anyone. The beds were super comfortable as was everything else in the condo. We loved the balcony and view and the owl on the balcony kept the pesty pigeons away. There are all kinds of little touches in it that make the stay the best. Looking forward to staying there again soon. You will love it!

We spent the whole month of Nov in this lovely condo. Very comfortable. Great beds and linens. Wonderful view from the balcony. Watched sting rays almost every day. So easy to load and unload our car, we really appreciated this, we did not have to deal with weather getting in and out of the car. The elevators were great. Also the pier shopping and restaurants were so close. Beautiful surroundings. Felt very safe. Hope we can come again.

Had a wonderful trip - grandsons' first beach experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Franka replied quickly to any questions.

My husband and I booked a week in April and stayed at Franka's condo at Tidewater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the cleanliness of her place. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim. I would definitely recommend Franka's place to anyone who enjoys the beach. Franka was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Tidewater has many amenities too.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and looks exactally as shown in pictures. We felt very much at home, safe and secure the entire time we stayed. Resort personnel friendly and helpful. Gulf view is spectacular! Thank you Franka for working with us, and accommodating us on short notice. We hope to return to this beautiful condo and destination!
